Rentalk50 is a vehicle rental company, both passenger and commercial, made up of professionals in the sector. It is part of the Grup Pons automobile group in Tarragona.
With a minimum of 24 hours in advance, although we recommend making the reservation as soon as possible in order to benefit from possible discounts or promotions.
Rentalk50 includes in the final price all rental charges, including the extras you have selected, there are no unexpected surprises.
You can complete your reservation by paying with one of the following cards:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Union Pay, Diners Club y European Youth Card.
We do not accept cards from any financial institution that does not display the cardholder's name, card number, and expiration date.
You can pay on our website with any type of credit or debit card that is under the name of the reserved vehicle's driver. Prepaid or electronic-use-only cards will not be accepted. The security deposit or hold will always be made using a valid credit card, except for reservations made within the CARNET JOVE program, where the EUROPEAN YOUTH CARD can be used for the exclusive CARNET JOVE promotion.
If you pay with a debit card on the website, the rental may be denied if the card is not in your name or if you fail to provide a credit card when picking up the car. It's important to check the specific policies of the car rental company you are dealing with, as their requirements may vary. Some companies may have strict rules regarding payment methods and may require a credit card for security purposes at the time of vehicle pickup. In either case, Rentalk50 will not be able to provide the vehicle due to non-compliance with the general terms and conditions of the contract.
If you have generated a reservation paid with a debit card, and at the time of delivery you do not present the credit card, RentalK50 may not return the total amount paid based on the damages that have been caused. It must be taken into account that reserving a car prevents other users from accessing this vehicle, which causes damage to the company.
You can cancel the reservation up to 48 hours before your collection without prejudice, by sending an email to reservas@rentalk50.com or by showing up at one of our offices. For security reasons and lack of identification, reservations generated on the Web cannot be canceled by phone.
You may cancel the reservation by the same means detailed above up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. RENTALK50 will not proceed to the payment of any total or partially prepaid amount, if the cancellation is made within 48 hours prior to the date and time of your reservation.

You must be a minimum of 21 years old or 23 years old for higher category vehicles, have a license older than 2 years.
I am a foreigner, what documents do I have to submit? If you are a citizen of the European Union or the European Economic Area, you will not need a passport, just your D.N.I. and a valid driving license in Spain or International Card.
Rentalk50 will charge you for the missing fuel (calculated in eighth parts of the tank) based on the average price of the day of departure. This price is updated weekly in our system, using the reference price published weekly in the B.O.E. The cost of the refueling service will be €23.00 including VAT, which should be added to the final amount to be paid as a refueling charge.
All our vehicles are delivered full as a general rule, except for LPG gas charges in our hybrid cars, these are delivered full of gasoline, but the use of LPG is subject to the customer's decision. In any case, no amount will be paid if you return one of our Gasoline/LPG hybrid cars with a fully or partially full gas tank.
The holder of the rental contract is always obliged to pay the amount established by the Sanctioning Authority or to accept the deduction of license points imposed on them.

In those cases in which the contract reflects one or more additional drivers, Rentalk50 will contact the main driver, he must confirm the name of the driver who was driving the vehicle at the time of the complaint. The credibility of the information falls directly on the main driver, Rentalk50 will not assume any responsibility for the veracity of this information.
