RETURN POLICY FOR CAR RENTALS AND COMMERCIAL VEHICLES.
Company return statement RENTALK50, a driverless vehicle rental company belonging to MINICAR PONS S.A, for prepaid reservations using our website: www.rentalk50.com from any of the supported systems, such as computers, phones or tablets.
- Cancellations must be made within 48 hours of the confirmed date and time.
- Cancellations made within the 48 hours prior to the confirmed time will not be deductible, that is, RENTALK50 will not proceed to the payment of any prepaid amount
- The return must be requested in person or by email to: reservas@rentalk50.com
- Although you can contact RENTALK50 by phone to cancel your reservation, this cancellation will not take effect until you have sent us an email or have gone to one of our offices and after identifying yourself, cancel your reservation.
- For cancellations free of charge, the return of all the money paid will be returned to the same card with which the payment was made, during the 24 hours following the notification of cancellation.
- The type of currency in which the return will be made will be EUR. For reservations paid in USD/GBP, the exchange rate of the same amount in EUR on the date of cancellation will be applied.
- There is no possibility of receiving the money paid in cash or another card.
- RENTALK50 will not cancel any reservation confirmed by external companies (broker) or travel agencies, made directly on the different web pages of the issuing companies or agencies, except in cases where the cancellation request is issued directly by the contracting company or agency.
- Each operator follows a different cancellation policy, contact the company that made the reservation by the means that have been indicated and check your cancellation rights.
- RENTALK50 cannot return any amount that has been paid to a collaborating company or travel agency.
VERY IMPORTANT:
Confirmed and paid reservations on our website have a vehicle delivery margin of 12 hours, after this period of time, if the holder of the reservation does not show up, it will be understood that the client has rejected the rental, in these cases RENTALK50 will not proceed to the payment of any total or partially prepaid amount.
If the holder of the reservation shows up to pick up the vehicle, and it lacks any of the requirements or legal documents to correctly proceed with the rental as detailed in the GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT, the reservation will be considered null and RENTALK50 will not proceed. to the payment of any total or partially paid amount, except in those reservations whose final amount is greater than €500.00, in these cases 30% of the total prepaid will be paid during the first 24 hours.
MODIFICATIONS:
Reservations confirmed through our website DO NOT allow changes in the holder of the reservation or in the delivery date, for this we recommend that, if you want to change the ownership or the delivery date, cancel your reservation and make a new one . In these cases RENTALK50 cannot guarantee that you can access the same rate or model group that you previously requested.
EXCEPTIONS:
It will be possible to recover your reservation and change the ownership of it, provided that the initial holder is present at the time of delivery, he must authorize the delivery of the vehicle to another person as an additional driver, the cost of the additional driver will be €7,00 per day with a maximum of €70.00 per contract.
